EMPLOYMENT CLASS: Regular Full Time (7am to 4pm, Mon-Fri)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Cold calling business owners, senior executives and key decision-makers in companies across the country.
- Schedule appointments with prospects in order to demonstrate the benefits of our Marketing and Advertising services for their business and sell prospects on becoming a client.
- Skillfully manage a pipeline of qualified prospects and convert them into clients
- Generate qualified leads on a regular basis to ensure there is constantly a full pipeline of prospects
- Meet daily activity targets and monthly/quarterly sales targets (including a minimum of 4 hours of talk time and 200 dials on the phones daily)
- Maximize sales opportunities by expertly hosting virtual presentations to prospects and clients alike
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience, Competencies & Education:

- Excellent sales skills, ideally B2B experience but not required.
- Ability to skilfully communicate and negotiate with high-level business executives and owners across a variety of industries country wide.
- Must have excellent client management skills.
- A positive attitude with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong inclination to creating profitability; demonstrates knowledge of market and competition.
- Attendance/Punctuality – consistently comes to work on time; arrives at meetings and appointments on time.
- Strong persuasive speaking skills – comfortable with public speaking.
COMPENSATION:
- Monthly base salary plus commission structure
- Complete sales and business training – free access to Grant Cardone Sales Training
- Subsidized sales and business training (Business Boot Camps, Management Trainings, Growth Conferences – yearly paid travel for training across North America.)

TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITIES:

DEPARTMENT: Account Management
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Regular Full Time (7am to 4pm, Mon-Fri)
JOB PURPOSE:
The Account Manager position is responsible for the retention, performance and relationships of their assigned clients, and is responsible for up selling services that can help clients to reach their goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintaining and improve relationships with existing clients as assigned.
- Upselling products and services to clients that can benefit them
- Building relationships with key executives in the client’s business.
- Professionally handling inbound and outbound calls with clients
- Providing excellent service to clients and apply effective troubleshooting techniques under pressure.
- Continuously evaluating client success
- Organize, promote and conduct efficient web-based trainings for clients as needed and recommended.
- Complete and record any information about activities and/or accounts in the company’s CRM (customer relationship management) system

- Split Testing Marketing and Advertising Campaigns
- Managing Client Marketing and Advertising Projects and Helping Clients to reach Goals and Objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- B2B Marketing and Advertising experience or willingness to intern and invest time into training (not paid.)
